Maid To Sparkle offers two franchise programs:
1) Single unit franchise
A single unit franchise consists of operating a single unit within a pre-defined area, usually encompassing 2 or 3 zip codes. The territory assigned to you will include 50,000 qualified households. A qualified household has income over $75,000. The franchise will be run exactly like our home office. Your responsibilities will include:
a) Hiring and training employees
b) Advertising and marketing to attract new customers
c) Retaining existing customer via customer service
d) Ensuring profitability
e) Accounting utilizing online QuickBooks and our online software
f) Organization
g) Communication
You may also operate multiple units, or, plan to develop an entire region in the
Area Development plan.
2) Master Franchise
A Master Franchise program involves two distinct functions:
-Operating a single unit as indicated above
-Marketing single unit franchises
Marketing single unit franchises involves selling a certain number of single units within a given time frame. You will act as Maid To Sparkle's agent in the field by helping new franchisees open their office and monitor their progress. For your support, you will be entitled to compensation on a monthly basis for the additional responsibility.
