2) What type of training does Maid To Sparkle provide?
One week of in-depth training is provided in Richmond, VA. Training includes hiring of personnel, marketing & advertising, customer service techniques, record keeping, online software, supplies, and cleaning techniques.
3) Will I have to do any cleaning?
No. Employees will be hired to clean your customers homes. Initially, you will train the new employees how to clean. Your primary responsibility will be to grow your business
4) What does a typical day entail?
Setting the daily schedule, performing estimates, doing on-site inspections, purchasing supplies, follow-up phone calls, advertising & narketing
5) What are the royalties each month?
7% per month.

7) What is the size of my territory?
50,000 qualified homes will encompass your exclusive territory .This will be between 2-5 zip codes in your designated territory
8) What kind of advertising & marketing program do you provide?
Our advertising program is extensive. The program includes PR, social media, bartering, Internet sites, and pre-qualified leads.
9) What are pre-qualified leads?
A pre-qualified lead are customers who want to be called to be provided a price and a list of your services. Each franchisee will receive 50 pre-qualified leads over a period of time to help jump start your business.
10) What is the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and when will I receive the information?
The FDDi is sent after we have determined that you are well qualified to operate a Maid To Sparkle franchise. The FDD is a legal document showing the franchisor's and franchisee's responsibilities This document should be shown to your attorney and/or accountant for any questions about the legal aspect of owning Maid To Sparkle. The FDD is sent electronically or via mail.
